ABOUT MEI am not your typical Chef. I am a bass player and former enduro rider, who also happens to know how to cook.
I was born and raised in the central Italian region of Le Marche, an area that is full of historical and culinary significance, but that has stayed off the beaten path, preserving its character, just like me.
In my younger years, I pursued numerous passions from sport to art, while also discovering and developing an interest in food and the restaurant industry. Over time, with careful consideration and purposeful determination, I chose cooking as the craft that I would dedicate my life to.
It was at that moment, in 2012, that I made the life-changing choice to emigrate to Canada. After arriving, I worked in some of Toronto’s best and most popular Italian restaurants and was fortunate to learn from several renowned chefs who helped me to hone my skills and expand my knowledge in culinary arts.
It was only after years of this hands-on training that I considered myself ready for a career change from restaurants to offering my services as a private chef.

We loved the seared tuna, and are still baffled by the bolognese - a simple dish, but it was next level! Worth noting - he left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. A true professional. Marco prepared a truly spectacular meal for our family last weekend! Everything was so delicious - from the charcuterie platter to the tuna tartare, from the truffle tortellini in brodo to the branzino entree. And topped off with a totally unique panettone with zabaione dessert. Wow! We loved every single bite! Thank you so much Marco!
